Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators and an experienced Rigging Foreman to join our team in Bahrain. These roles require hands-on expertise in material handling and lifting supervision to support our operations safely and efficiently. Candidates must meet specific qualifications and hold valid licenses as detailed below.

Key Responsibilities

Forklift Operator:

• Operate forklifts with a capacity of up to 16 tons to move materials securely around the site.
• Perform inspections and adhere to safety standards, ensuring compliance with all operational guidelines.
• Support rigging activities where applicable, assisting with proper handling and placement of heavy equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate lifting and transport tasks.

Rigging Foreman:

• Supervise all lifting operations, ensuring safety protocols are enforced at every stage.
• Lead rigging teams with over seven years of experience in lifting and logistics.
• Coordinate with site management to plan rigging activities and resource allocation.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company safety requirements throughout all operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Forklift Operators must have a minimum of three years’ experience operating forklifts with a 16-ton capacity.
• Possession of a valid GCC forklift operation license and third-party inspection certificates is mandatory.
• Experience in rigging is advantageous for forklift operator candidates.
• Rigging Foremen should demonstrate at least seven years of comprehensive experience in lifting supervision.
• All candidates must hold a valid GCC driving license (applicable for Rigging Foreman).
• Good command of English language to ensure clear communication on-site.
