Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled female Barista to join our team in Bahrain. This position is open exclusively to Bahrain local candidates. Ideal applicants will have at least two years of barista experience and belong to one of the following nationalities: Filipino, Indian, Nepali, or Cameroonian.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee service, preparing a variety of coffee beverages according to standard recipes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through attentive and friendly interaction. Maintaining clean and organized work areas and handling equipment properly will also be essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of two years experience working as a Barista.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machine operation.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality beverages.

• Must be a female candidate residing in Bahrain.
• Nationality must be Filipino, Indian, Nepali, or Cameroonian.
