Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist with a strong background in both local and international sourcing to support project-based operations in Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in managing procurement cycles, import/export coordination, and logistics to ensure smooth supply chain activities within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to project requirements, including:

• Managing local and overseas procurement processes with attention to detail
• Preparing and issuing RFQs, evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating terms, and generating purchase orders
• Coordinating import and export documentation alongside customs clearance procedures
• Following up regularly with freight forwarders, suppliers, and logistics providers to track shipments and resolve issues
• Supporting the planning and execution of project procurement schedules to meet delivery deadlines
• Maintaining an updated vendor database and conducting supplier sourcing activities
• Liaising with finance and project teams to update procurement status and facilitate payment processes

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement within Saudi Arabia, preferably in engineering, industrial, energy, or project sectors
• Comprehensive knowledge of KSA import/export regulations and customs procedures
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships effectively
• Transferable Iqama is preferred for seamless employment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
