Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee field operations for projects involving telecom towers, weather monitoring stations, and intelligent traffic enforcement systems in Saudi Arabia. This role demands hands-on management of site activities, from installation to commissioning and maintenance, across various remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations and fieldwork across multiple sites. This includes supervising installations, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of equipment such as telecom towers, roadside speed cameras, surveillance infrastructure, and weather monitoring systems. Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project teams is critical to ensure seamless workflow and project milestones are met.

Additional duties include monitoring project timelines, overseeing manpower deployment, ensuring the availability of necessary materials, and maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. The Site Manager will conduct thorough site inspections, troubleshoot technical or operational challenges, and manage all site documentation such as progress reports and work completion records. They will also handle logistics related to mobilization, permits, access for field teams, as well as support project closeout and final handover procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. A solid understanding of field operations, particularly in multi-site project management within remote environments in Saudi Arabia, is essential. Experience with telecom infrastructure, intelligent traffic systems, roadside surveillance, or weather monitoring projects ranging between 5 to 8 years is highly preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholders are necessary for this position. A valid driving license is advantageous, as is a transferable Iqama.
