Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to provide technical support and supervision for the installation, maintenance, and execution of projects across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on telecom towers, weather monitoring stations, and roadside traffic enforcement and surveillance systems. This position requires hands-on field experience and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance at various project sites. Coordination with subcontractors, technicians, suppliers, and project teams will be essential to ensure smooth site operations. Responsibilities include monitoring progress against project timelines, troubleshooting technical challenges in the field, and preparing detailed site reports and documentation. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and project quality requirements is crucial. The role also involves managing materials, logistics, and mobilization activities, conducting site inspections, participating in client meetings, managing multiple concurrent sites, and facilitating project closeouts and handovers.

Required Skills and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant field experience in telecom infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), roadside surveillance, or weather monitoring projects.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate multiple site activities simultaneously.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting capabilities.
• Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• Transferable Iqama is preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively to remote project locations throughout Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment

This role requires frequent travel to various project sites, often in remote areas within the Kingdom. The candidate must be comfortable working in outdoor and dynamic environments where site conditions may vary. Strong adaptability and the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently will contribute to success in this role.
