The ideal candidate will hold an MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification and possess a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in HR functions. This role is perfect for individuals who are skilled in managing recruitment, onboarding, HR policy implementation, workforce planning, employee welfare, payroll administration, and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth integration of new hires. They will also manage the development and enforcement of HR policies, coordinate employee welfare activities, handle payroll tasks, and conduct performance appraisals. Maintaining effective communication across departments and facilitating organizational HR planning strategies will also be essential duties.
