Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The role requires practical experience in HR operations, a thorough understanding of Bahrain labour laws, and strong communication skills. Candidates who are ready to start immediately will be given priority consideration.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Executive will oversee comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and managing employee relations. Ensuring full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and other government HR regulations is crucial. The role also involves payroll coordination, leave administration, and maintaining HR documentation. Developing HR policies and internal guidelines, managing employee grievances and disciplinary actions, and liaising with government bodies such as LMRA, GOSI, and MOL are essential tasks. Supporting performance management and facilitating employee development initiatives will also be part of the daily responsibilities. Accurate preparation of HR reports and maintenance of employee records are required as well.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior HR Executive or HR Officer
• In-depth knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and mandatory HR compliance
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High level of integrity in handling confidential information
• Strong organizational skills coupled with sound problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Previous experience with Bahrain-based organizations
• Familiarity with government HR procedures and requirements
