Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project scopes, establishing timelines, and managing resources to ensure successful project delivery. Leading cross-functional teams, the role demands maintaining strict oversight of project KPIs, budgets, and overall financial health. Identifying risks proactively and implementing effective mitigation strategies is essential, alongside resolving any conflicts to maintain project quality, costs, and schedules. Clear stakeholder communication and alignment across all levels are critical, as is adapting priorities to meet evolving business requirements.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills are fundamental for this position, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship building. Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Proven experience managing projects within the TIC industry or comparable sectors is essential. Having a PMP certification or an equivalent professional certification is highly preferred, enhancing candidacy for this position.
