Job Overview

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Copilot Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-driven enterprise solutions to join its UAE operations. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across enterprise environments. Responsibilities include:

• Developing custom Copilot agents, connectors, and secure data integrations using Copilot Studio.
• Driving enterprise-wide AI adoption programs to foster an AI-first culture.
• Collaborating with business users, IT teams, and senior leadership to identify use cases and create scalable AI workflows.
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and user enablement programs such as Copilot clinics.
• Measuring productivity improvements and refining AI solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
• Supporting change management initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption and value realization.

Required Skills

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation initiatives and AI adoption programs.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging training and user enablement sessions.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Microsoft AI, Copilot, or related cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and compliance frameworks as they apply to AI solutions.
