WE’RE LOOKING FOR
CREDIT AND COLLECTION CONTROLLER
Key Responsibilities:
Manage aging reports and achieve collection targets.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
Coordinate with clients to resolve payment and account issues.
Prepare collection reports and analyze financial risks.
Coordinate with finance, sales, and legal teams for account resolution.
Support process improvements and collections efficiency.
Train and guide junior collection staff
