Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Design Architect to join our dynamic team based in Seef Area, Bahrain. This role demands a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in architectural design and project supervision, capable of delivering innovative solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Immediate availability is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, producing detailed drawings and technical documentation, and preparing client proposals. You will also coordinate closely with contractors, clients, and multi-disciplinary consultants to maintain seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. A critical part of the role is to oversee design quality and ensure all developments adhere strictly to Bahrain’s building codes and standards.

Required Skills and Expertise

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design and project supervision.
• Proven ability to create innovative and technically viable designs demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Registered with CPREP (Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions in Bahrain).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for collaboration across diverse project teams.
