Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Relationship Manager based in the United Arab Emirates. This permanent position offers a competitive salary between AED 5,000 and AED 7,000 per month, with an additional commission plan based on sales performance. The role focuses on driving sales growth, fostering strong client relationships, and managing operations to support business success in the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility is to achieve and surpass sales targets by developing and executing effective strategies tailored to the Middle Eastern market. You will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and implement growth initiatives to boost profitability. Promoting the unique advantages of the company’s products and services forms a key part of this role.

Additionally, you will address sales and technical queries in collaboration with the operations and support teams, participate actively in trade shows and customer events, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Managing contracts and ensuring timely renewals of service agreements also fall under your remit.

On the relationship management front, you will cultivate new client connections while nurturing existing accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction to ensure retention and ongoing business development.

The role includes operational duties such as acting as the bridge between clients and operations teams to resolve critical service matters, overseeing implementation for new clients, assisting operational teams daily, enforcing business processes regionally, and managing the regional office administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 5 years of sales experience, including 2 to 3 years specifically within the Middle East market. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is essential.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory, complemented by strong verbal and written communication skills. You should possess the ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into effective strategies. High-level negotiation skills and a solid grasp of customer and market dynamics are critical. A UAE driving license is required to fulfill the role’s travel and meeting obligations.
