Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Practice Head or Director based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead enterprise application sales, consulting, and delivery for Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, and NetSuite Cloud solutions. This leadership role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud and SaaS architectural guidance, overseeing delivery and providing solution support for Oracle Cloud Application implementations, upgrades, and managed support services.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert offering functional consulting services throughout the entire Cloud application service implementation lifecycle for Fusion projects. You will engage with clients to identify business needs and align them with ERP Cloud functionality. Additionally, you will lead practices related to Oracle SCM and HCM cloud solutions, ensuring successful project execution and delivery.

As a Chief ERP Solution Architect and Global Oracle Apps Practice Head, you will guide product development, application services, and digital ERP initiatives. The position also involves managing business units with profit and loss accountability while leading pre-sales activities and solutioning across multiple technologies and industries.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in leading Oracle Cloud and EBS implementations, including Fusion applications
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM and HCM cloud solutions
• Expertise in SaaS architecture, delivery oversight, and managed support services
• Experience in end-to-end ERP Cloud service delivery and consulting
• Ability to manage and drive business units with P&L responsibility
• Capability to lead pre-sales, solution designing, and multi-domain coordination

Preferred Qualifications

A successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership in ERP and cloud solutions with a focus on delivering digital transformation projects. Prior experience as a practice head or director in Oracle solutions is highly desirable.
