Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of security systems aimed at protecting personnel, facilities, data, and corporate assets. This role requires a balanced combination of advanced project management capabilities and deep cybersecurity expertise to successfully deliver complex security initiatives across the organization.

The Cybersecurity Project Manager will steer multiple projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget completion while aligning with industry regulations and standards. This critical role involves managing interdisciplinary teams to meet the information security priorities of the enterprise comprehensively.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of cybersecurity projects, including but not limited to:

• Developing detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Tracking progress and deliverables using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.
• Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks and issues, ensuring timely reporting to senior leadership.
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders across various departments, vendors, and partners to achieve project goals.
• Leading contract strategy and procurement activities to support project objectives.
• Ensuring adherence to cybersecurity policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Overseeing the integration of new technology solutions and process changes within the cybersecurity domain.
• Managing cross-functional teams and coordinating efforts among legal, finance, procurement, and communications units.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT project management with a significant focus on cybersecurity projects, including both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) environments.
• Proven track record managing complex security projects in large organizations or relevant industries.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Control System (ICS) cybersecurity practices and standards.
• Excellent ability to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules clearly.
• Skilled in risk assessment, cost control, resource allocation, and budget management related to IT security initiatives.
• Familiarity with local cybersecurity laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is essential to deliver integrated cybersecurity solutions. The Project Manager must remain flexible and adaptive to evolving technologies and business needs.
