​📌 Position: Production Supervisor
📍 Location: West Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Kuwait
​🔹 About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, ensure efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead the production team effectively.
​🔍 Key Responsibilities ✅ Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
✅ Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
✅ Monitor product quality and compliance with company standards
✅ Manage manpower allocation and workflow efficiency
✅ Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies
✅ Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and other departments as required
✅ Prepare production reports and monitor operational performance
​🎓 Required Qualifications 🔹 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, or related field
🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing supervision
🔹 Strong leadership and team management skills
🔹 Knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
🔹 Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
🔹 Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
🔹 Good command of English and Arabic is an advantage
