Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in West Shuaiba, Mina Abdullah, Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining strict quality standards, and leading a productive manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process to meet targets and deadlines. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating all daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Achieving production goals and adhering to delivery schedules.
• Monitoring product quality to guarantee compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Organizing and managing manpower allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Maintaining workplace safety by enforcing health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborating with maintenance, warehouse, and other departments to support seamless operations.
• Preparing detailed production reports and analyzing operational performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing supervision along with leadership capabilities. Specific requirements include:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in production or manufacturing supervision.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to perform well under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Good command of English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• This position is open to male candidates only.
• Preference given to male candidates of Asian nationality who are Kuwait residents with valid residency permits.
