Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Associate to join Enaya Company’s IT department. In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing support of critical IT systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also assist the Assistant Manager of IT by providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support for various IT projects. Your main focus will be to meet the department’s objectives by collaborating closely with management and guiding the IT team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing applications using Java, Oracle 10g Forms and Reports, and writing strong SQL, API, and PL/SQL code.
• Creating stored procedures, packages, and triggers tailored to business needs.
• Handling application customization and integration tasks within insurance domains such as General Insurance, Life, and Medical Core Insurance.
• Supporting financial modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, and Taxation.
• Collaborating closely with your line manager to meet IT department goals and project milestones.
• Providing both technical and application support to resolve IT issues swiftly.
• Participating actively in system design, development, and deployment of IT projects at Enaya Company.
• Conducting system studies, requirements gathering, and gap analysis to deliver solutions that fit business requirements.
• Mentoring and guiding IT associate staff in daily tasks and operations to promote team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex IT issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Well-organized with a strong sense of work ethics and professionalism.
• In-depth understanding and experience with insurance domain processes and requirements is essential.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
