Job Overview

We are currently seeking a seasoned T24 Project Manager to oversee and deliver multiple streams of projects involving Temenos T24 banking software. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of T24 design, architecture, and configuration processes, as well as extensive experience managing the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) for T24 implementations in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and scheduling resources to meet business requirements for T24 projects while ensuring strict adherence to quality management frameworks and vendor standards. Core duties include managing configurations, product upgrades, and customizations tailored to business needs. The role requires implementing best practices for deploying service packs and patches from Temenos, driving defect-free delivery, and facilitating smooth transitions from project completion to support teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years overall professional experience, with significant exposure to banking technology projects.
• Hands-on expertise in Temenos technology, either from a technical or business perspective.
• Thorough knowledge of Temenos product suite including T24, TAP, and EdgeConnect.
• Strong background in T24 data migration processes from legacy systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC lifecycle applied to T24 projects.
• Familiarity with vendor guidelines and programming standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
