We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging potential clients and driving sales through effective communication and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively prospecting new customers as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will present, promote, and sell real estate products and services by using persuasive and well-informed discussions tailored to customer needs. Conduct detailed cost-benefit and needs analyses to ensure clients receive the best solutions that suit their requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably within real estate or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage a diverse customer base.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage sales tasks efficiently.
• Ability to perform detailed customer needs assessments and offer appropriate solutions.
