Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Lead to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM production support with a deep understanding of functional troubleshooting and techno-functional responsibilities. This is a full-time position where you will play a critical role managing and supporting multiple modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Learning, ORC, HR Help Desk, and OTL.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Oracle Fusion HCM production support activities ensuring seamless system functionality and performance.
• Provide functional and technical troubleshooting across various HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Learning, ORC, HR Help Desk, and OTL.
• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to resolve issues and enhance system processes.
• Lead ongoing maintenance, configuration, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HCM-related challenges ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
• Guide and mentor junior team members on Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly in production support and troubleshooting.
• Strong techno-functional skills covering Core HR, Absence Management, Learning, ORC, HR Help Desk, and OTL.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach to address complex system issues.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders across different departments.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Full-time availability to support business-critical systems and processes.
