Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Catering Chef to prepare high-quality meals for events, parties, corporate functions, and large gatherings. The chef will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food for catering events and daily orders
Plan menus according to client requirements and event types
Manage food preparation and kitchen operations
Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies
Coordinate with kitchen staff and helpers
Control food costs and reduce wastage
Follow health and safety regulations
Handle large-volume food production efficiently

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Catering Chef or similar role
Knowledge of international and local cuisine
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexible with working hours and event schedules
