Key Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, and managing employee relations. This role involves collaborating with different departments to implement HR policies and create a positive work environment that supports the company’s goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2 to 4 years of practical experience in HR, preferably within the restaurant or food service sector
• Strong understanding of core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• HR certification is considered an advantage but not mandatory
