The American Creativity Academy in Kuwait is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor for the upcoming academic year. This role focuses on supporting the academic, emotional, and social well-being of students within a nurturing and inclusive school environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guiding students through various challenges and helping them thrive both personally and academically.

Key Responsibilities

The School Counselor will provide both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to student needs. Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school administration is an essential part of this role to ensure a holistic approach to student development. The counselor will also address behavioral issues, attendance concerns, and promote a safe and positive atmosphere for all students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to support diverse student populations across different age groups.
• Skills in emotional, behavioral, and academic guidance.
