Job Vacancy: Marketing Officer (For Manpower Supply)
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manpower and recruitment sector, with a proven ability to build relationships and secure new business contracts.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients in need of manpower solutions (Construction, Industrial, Hospitality, etc.).

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our manpower services.

Conduct field visits and face-to-face meetings with HR managers and project leads.

Prepare and present formal quotations and service agreements.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven work experience specifically within the Manpower/Labor Supply field.

Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively pitch services to high-level stakeholders.

Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage).

License: Must possess a valid Driving License.

Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
