Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities will involve executing key sales strategies designed to increase demand from existing customers. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets by category and achieving your call cycle objectives. A core part of your role will be ensuring the implementation of the Perfect Store concept for each channel, following Nestlé’s detailed guidelines.

Maintaining and growing customer relationships will be critical for long-term success. You will develop and execute customer plans, optimize your face-to-face time to ensure quality interactions, and effectively implement spending strategies. Additionally, you will manage the execution of the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) by integrating Nestlé Professional Solutions within monthly business planning.

Inventory management is also part of the role. You will provide accurate monthly forecasts, monitor stock levels at the distributor and customer levels, and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
  • Proven experience within the FMCG sector is required.
  • Track record of successfully managing multi-category sales and working with cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and adapt to different market environments.
