Key Responsibilities for Reservation Staff
Handling customer bookings and reservations accurately
Managing phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
Confirming, modifying, and cancelling reservations
Providing information on availability, pricing, and services
Maintaining updated reservation records and databases
Coordinating with other departments (front office, operations, etc.)
Ensuring smooth and organized booking processes
Assisting customers with special requests and issues
Key Skills for Reservation Staff

Computer literacy and booking system knowledge (PMS/CRM)
