Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience within Saudi Arabia, with strong expertise in managing company documentation and supporting tender submission processes.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining company documents, both in digital and hard copy formats. This role involves ensuring that legal, commercial, and technical documents are accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to support business operations and tender requirements. Managing supplier registration and prequalification through procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and various client websites is crucial. The role also requires handling vendor registrations with major clients including Saudi Aramco, the Public Investment Fund (PIF), and other government or private entities.
Monitoring procurement portals for RFQs, downloading tender documents, and disseminating requirements to relevant teams will be part of the daily tasks. Coordinating internally to collect necessary documentation for tender submissions and assisting in the preparation of technical and commercial packages before deadlines is essential. Additionally, the position demands managing online tender submissions, ensuring strict compliance with client requirements, and maintaining submission logs while tracking deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in any field and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must, alongside familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s business environment and procurement portals. Previous experience working with key clients in the region is highly advantageous.
