We are looking for a suitable candidates to join our company based in Dammam.

Minimum 2 years experience in Saudi arabia for the above relevant profile.

Educational background- Bachelors in any field, Expert in Microsoft office.

Maintain and organize company documents, records, and correspondence in both digital and hard copy formats.

Keep company legal, commercial, and technical documents updated and readily available for business operations and tender requirements.

Manage supplier registration and prequalification submissions through procurement portals such as SAP Ariba and other client websites in KSA.

Handle vendor registration with major clients including Saudi Aramco, Public Investment Fund (PIF), and other government/private clients.

Monitor portals for RFQs, download tender documents, and share requirements with relevant teams.

Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents for tender submissions.

Support preparation and compilation of technical and commercial submissions before deadlines.

Manage online tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements and successful submission before closing dates.

Track deadlines, maintain submission logs, and follow up with teams to ensure timely completion.

Support management in tendering, procurement, and business development documentation activities.
