Job Overview

Madre Integrated Engineering is currently seeking a skilled Rigging Supervisor to join their team in Qatar. This role requires an individual with solid offshore rigging and lifting experience, coupled with supervisory capabilities to oversee and ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Rigging Supervisor will be responsible for managing rigging activities on offshore projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. The role involves supervising rigging teams, coordinating lifting operations, and maintaining adherence to certification guidelines throughout all phases of the work.

Required Skills and Certifications

• OPITO Rigging Level III or Level IV certification, or EMTA/NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
• Valid H2S, TBOSIET, and OMF certifications are mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management skills developed through at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Exceptional knowledge of offshore rigging and lifting safety protocols.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of offshore rigging and lifting experience, with proven competence in supervising rigging operations. Only NOC approved candidates will be considered. Immediate availability is preferred to support ongoing project demands.
