​Position: Sales Supervisor
Location: UAE 🇦🇪
​Candidate Requirements:
​Education: Must be a University or College graduate (preferred).
​Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
​Core Knowledge: Must have strong knowledge of sales operations, route planning, and distribution management.
​Communication: Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
​Skills: Must have strong analytical, mathematical, planning, and organizing skills.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Supervise, guide, and support store development marketers/merchandisers and field team members.
​Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and territory performance reports.
​Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, collections, and market feedback.
