Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Mechanic specializing in heavy industrial machinery to join a leading steel fabrication and heavy manufacturing facility in Riyadh’s Second Industrial City. This role requires a professional with 7 to 10 years of expertise in maintaining complex industrial equipment, ensuring smooth operation of CNC lines and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a vital role in sustaining production by conducting expert maintenance and timely repairs. Your duties will include:

• Performing in-depth maintenance on CNC machines, angle and beam processing lines, and cable tray manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing sophisticated hydraulic and pneumatic systems to maintain optimal functionality.
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead cranes and heavy conveyors to minimize downtime and enhance operational reliability.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have significant hands-on experience within heavy industrial or steel fabrication environments. Key qualifications include:

• 7 to 10 years of proven mechanical maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing settings.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical assemblies, gearboxes, and automated production lines.
• Strong capability to manage and repair hydraulic and pneumatic machinery systems.
• Commitment to safety protocols, including expert understanding of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
