Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Electrician with a strong background in automation and PLC systems to join our team in Riyadh. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our electrical and automation infrastructure within the steel fabrication and industrial automation sector. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in a heavy industrial environment, particularly in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Industrial Electrician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining, diagnosing, and troubleshooting PLC systems, industrial drives such as Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and automation sequences for CNC and beam processing lines.
• Managing electrical panels, motor controls, and overhead crane electrics to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
• Performing swift corrective maintenance on cable tray manufacturing lines and related equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams to enhance electrical systems and resolve complex faults efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

Successful candidates should demonstrate:

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years working as an electrician in heavy industrial or steel fabrication settings.
• Proven expertise in handling industrial electrical panels, motor controls, and various automation hardware.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities, especially in identifying and troubleshooting complex electrical problems and PLC logic faults.
• Hands-on experience with industrial drives and control systems used in automated production lines.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within an industrial facility focused on steel fabrication and automation. The role demands strong safety awareness and the ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing settings, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
