Job Overview

We are actively seeking experienced professionals for two key roles within the solar energy sector in Saudi Arabia: Mechanical Solar Structure Supervisor and Mechanical Solar Structure QC Engineer. Both positions require hands-on experience with solar projects and an understanding of the installation and quality control of solar tracking systems.

Mechanical Solar Structure Supervisor Role

The Mechanical Solar Structure Supervisor will oversee site activities related to the installation of tracker components, including post heads, torque tubes, transmission shafts, purlins, and photovoltaic (PV) modules. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three solar projects experience in a similar supervisory position, demonstrating strong leadership and technical skills to ensure efficient project execution on site.

Mechanical Solar Structure QC Engineer Role

This position requires a candidate with at least two years of experience in the solar industry, specifically in quality control functions. The QC Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical solar structure components meet quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of solar tracker components on site.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering drawings.
• Perform quality inspections and monitor adherence to industry standards.
• Report and document any non-conformances or deviations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record with at least 3 solar projects for supervisors, and 2 years for QC engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical solar structures and tracker systems installation.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage site activities effectively (Supervisor).
• Attention to detail and expertise in quality control procedures (QC Engineer).
• Good communication skills and capability to work in a dynamic environment.
