Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Document Clearance Officer to join our team in Bahrain. This role requires expertise in managing all critical documentation processes related to labor and immigration laws, ensuring seamless compliance and smooth onboarding procedures for new hires. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Bahrain’s government portals and labor regulations, acting as a vital link between recruitment activities and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee various documentation processes, including:

  • Managing end-to-end processing through government portals such as LMRA, NPRA, SIO, and iGA for Smart Card and CPR services.
  • Coordinating visa-related tasks such as new work permit issuances, renewals, residency sticker updates, and family visa applications.
  • Assisting with Commercial Registration (CR) tasks including renewals, amendments, and compliance with Ministry of Industry & Commerce (MOIC) regulations.
  • Handling the attestation and legalization of documents with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and relevant embassies.
  • Providing consultancy support to the recruitment team to align candidate documentation with client and regulatory standards, ensuring smooth onboarding.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience working as a PRO or Document Clearance Agent in Bahrain.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bahraini Labor Law and immigration rules.
  • Strong familiarity with government portals, especially LMRA (EMS), SIO, and Bahrain.bh platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet strict document clearance deadlines effectively.
