Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manpower Sales Executive to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manpower sales and sourcing with a proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads within the manpower sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet company targets.
• Collaborate with the sourcing team to deliver the required manpower solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manpower sales and sourcing.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and successfully close deals.

Eligibility Criteria

This role is primarily open to Indian candidates with relevant experience in the manpower sales industry. Applications from candidates without manpower sales and sourcing experience will not be considered.
