Job Overview

MR. VALET is seeking reliable Control Room Operators to join their team in Doha, Qatar. This role involves overseeing vehicle entry and exit, managing ticketing systems, and assisting customers with parking services. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain a secure and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle movements including entry and exit using the ticketing system
• Provide guidance to customers regarding parking areas and handle payment transactions
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the parking area, including equipment inspection
• Collaborate with the security team to enforce compliance with safety and operational protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker is mandatory
• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa
• Basic communication abilities combined with excellent customer service skills
