Job Overview

MADRE Integrated Engineering is seeking a skilled VRF Technician to join their team in Qatar. This opportunity is perfect for technicians with a solid background in HVAC systems, particularly VRF/VRV technology, and hands-on experience working in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of VRF systems from leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

The VRF Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing VRF systems including piping, wiring, and refrigerant cycles. Working closely with the engineering team, the technician will ensure all systems operate efficiently and meet company standards. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site, liaising with clients, and documenting work performed are also key parts of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• ITI or Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience with VRF systems, specifically within the Gulf region
• Comprehensive understanding of VRF/VRV systems, including piping, electrical wiring, and refrigerant cycles
• Familiarity with major VRF brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, and Samsung
• Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
• Possession of a valid Gulf experience certificate is preferred
