Wide Horizon Company is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join their team for an exciting project in Jazan, Saudi Arabia. This role requires overseeing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to ensure seamless project delivery and collaboration among engineering and architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities

The BIM Coordinator will manage and coordinate BIM models, ensuring accurate integration across disciplines. Responsibilities include overseeing project documentation in compliance with COBie standards, supporting design teams through BIM software management, and facilitating efficient communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination for large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D software packages.
• Strong understanding of COBie protocols and their application in project delivery.
• Ability to manage complex BIM models while ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Preferred candidates will be available for immediate joining.
