Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on creating detailed LOD 500 electrical models using advanced scan-to-BIM techniques and point cloud data. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Revit and Navisworks Manage, ensuring seamless coordination across disciplines and delivering precise as-built documentation aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Electrical BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing highly accurate 3D models for LV and ELV electrical systems based on laser scans and point cloud information. You will carry out clash detection, coordinate multidisciplinary inputs, and track issues to maintain project workflow. Producing comprehensive as-built drawings and maintaining asset management records are essential parts of the role.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Advanced Revit skills for electrical modeling including family creation and template setup
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage for clash detection, coordination reviews, and 4D visualization
• Hands-on experience with scan-to-BIM and point cloud data interpretation
• Strong understanding of LV electrical systems, such as lighting, power distribution, cable routing, and earthing
• Knowledge of ELV systems including fire alarm, CCTV, access control, data networks, and BMS
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), NFPA, IEC standards, and relevant BIM project protocols
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, site markups, and technical documentation accurately
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration
