We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Junior Accountant to join our expanding finance team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities to ensure financial accuracy.
• Prepare regular financial reports and perform account reconciliations to support management insights.
• Contribute to audit preparations and facilitate the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records with proper documentation and filing systems.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to support routine business operations.
• Adhere to company policies by maintaining confidentiality and compliance in all financial tasks.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with a strong academic background is mandatory.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to bookkeeping or financial reporting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles and best practices.
• Soft Skills: Keen attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
