Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Test Data Management Specialist based in Dubai to support and enhance non-production data provisioning for development and testing activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Informatica and Computer Associates (CA) tools, focused on secure, automated test data processes that increase efficiency and maintain data compliance.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves enabling secure and automated provisioning of non-production data sets tailored to various testing and development requirements. The successful candidate will manage sensitive data discovery and classification, ensuring consistent masking across multiple databases to protect confidential information.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a data warehouse environment that allows testers to store, augment, share, and reuse test datasets, improving overall testing productivity. The role also requires creating data subsets based on specific test plans to reduce infrastructure demands and enhance system performance.

Furthermore, the role demands implementing comprehensive data masking techniques across applications and supporting packaged applications with pre-built accelerators to maintain application integrity and expedite deployments. Monitoring and compliance reporting will be critical components of daily operations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience with Test Data Management tools, specifically Informatica and Computer Associates CA tools.
• Strong knowledge of sensitive data discovery, classification, and data masking best practices.
• Familiarity with building and managing data warehouses that facilitate self-service test data access and reuse.
• Ability to provision data subsets efficiently according to test plan demands to optimize resource use.
• Experience supporting packaged applications through pre-built accelerators for faster deployment cycles.
• Capable of delivering monitoring and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to data governance policies.
