Job Title: Office Support & Sourcing Specialist
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Department: Administration / HR

Role Objective:

To provide high-level administrative support that keeps the office running efficiently, while serving as a primary researcher and sourcer to help grow the company’s talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment (50%)

Active Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt.com, and local professional networks.

Database Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with high-quality candidate profiles.

Boolean Searching: Create complex search strings to find niche talent for specific technical or administrative roles.

Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, salary expectations, and basic cultural fit.

Scheduling: Coordinate all phases of the interview process between candidates and hiring managers.

2. Office Administration (50%)

Front Office Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle all company correspondence (couriers, mail, etc.).

Vendor Relations: Liaise with office vendors (cleaning, maintenance, supplies) to ensure the facility remains in top condition.

Documentation: Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and internal memos; maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Onboarding Support: Prepare welcome kits and documentation for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

Event Coordination: Organize internal team meetings, office events, and travel arrangements for management.

Required Qualifications: (Fresher can be applied)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in an office administrative role with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment sourcing.

Tools:
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, or Indeed).

Skills:
Fluent in [Arabic/English] (as required by the location).
Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
