Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Support and Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role combines critical administrative duties with proactive talent sourcing to maintain seamless office operations and help expand our talent pool. Ideal for candidates with a background in office administration and recruitment, including fresh graduates or those with minimal experience.

Key Responsibilities

This position is split evenly between recruitment sourcing and office administration duties.

  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment (50%): Actively identify potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt.com, and local networks. Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System by maintaining high-quality profiles. Use advanced Boolean search techniques to locate specialized talent. Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest and fit. Organize and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Office Administration (50%): Serve as the front-line contact by greeting visitors and managing phone communications. Coordinate with office vendors to ensure maintenance and supplies are handled efficiently. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and maintain thorough filing systems. Support new employee onboarding by assembling welcome kits and facilitating documentation. Arrange internal meetings, office events, and travel plans for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration, including recruitment sourcing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, or Indeed.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, aligned with local language requirements.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain strong attention to detail.

Work Environment

This role is located in our office in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work closely with the administration and HR departments and engage daily with both internal staff and external vendors. A proactive, organized approach is essential to thrive in this dynamic environment.
