Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Post-Sales Business Analyst with a strong background in Product Owner and product management responsibilities. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to transform business needs into actionable user stories, ensuring efficient project delivery and ongoing enhancement of ecommerce products. Experience with ecommerce platforms, especially Adobe Commerce (Magento), is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams following the sales process. Key duties include gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, documenting them clearly, and converting these into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications. You will manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives while collaborating closely with developers, QA, and design teams during agile sprint planning and execution. Additionally, you will support user acceptance testing by validating features, track progress to guarantee timely delivery, and handle basic project management tasks such as task coordination and status reporting. Working with stakeholders to continually improve product features and elevate the user experience is also essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in business analysis or product ownership roles
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in writing user stories, business and functional requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs), and defining acceptance criteria
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Effective backlog management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, particularly Adobe Commerce (Magento)
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and end-to-end workflows
• Experience in client-facing roles post-sales engagement
• Exposure to digital commerce processes, order management, and payment systems
