Job Overview

We are looking to hire a skilled Technical Office Engineer based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have between two to three years of relevant experience within the Kingdom and should be no older than 25 years. This role demands proficiency in various software tools as well as solid knowledge of technical office documentation related to building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shop drawings, quantity surveying, and coordinating with various construction disciplines. Essential tasks include verifying and producing layouts for exterior GRC decorations, interior gypsum board installations, and mechanical works such as air conditioning. Additionally, the engineer will manage woodwork details including cabinets, kitchens, and doors to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Required Skills

• Strong command of AutoCAD and 3D Max for creating and reviewing technical drawings
• Expertise in quantity surveying utilizing Excel spreadsheets, especially for civil and finishing works
• Experience in preparing and interpreting shop drawings across multiple building components
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical office documentation and procedures
