We are seeking a Technical Office Engineer with two to three years of experience within the Kingdom, aged no older than 25. The candidate must possess the following skills: First, proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D Max. Second, expertise in quantity surveying using Excel for both civil and finishing works. Third, proficiency in shop drawings for exterior GRC decorations, interior gypsum board work, air conditioning, woodwork (cabinets, kitchens, doors), and all other building-related aspects. Fourth, a thorough understanding of all required documentation for technical office work.
