Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled professionals to join our team in the catering and food services sector in Kuwait. Open positions include Production Supervisor, Commis 1 (Hot & Cold), Portioning/Trayline Assistant, and Restaurant Service Staff. These roles require candidates with relevant experience in diet food, multi-cuisine, or fine dining environments. Only applicants currently residing in Kuwait will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Each position carries specific responsibilities aligned with the culinary and service standards we maintain:

• Production Supervisor (Central Kitchen): Oversee kitchen production activities to ensure quality and efficiency in a diet food or catering setting.
• Commis 1 – Hot & Cold: Prepare and assist in the creation of dishes across multiple cuisines with attention to quality and hygiene.
• Portioning/Trayline Assistant: Manage accurate portioning and assembly of meals on trays, maintaining consistent standards for diet food services.
• Restaurant Service Staff: Deliver exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

• Production Supervisor: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a diet food or catering company.
• Commis 1 – Hot & Cold: At least 3 years’ experience in a multi-cuisine restaurant or catering company.
• Portioning/Trayline Assistant: Minimum 2 years’ experience within diet food or catering companies performing portioning and trayline duties.
• Restaurant Service Staff: Minimum 3 years’ experience in fine dining establishments.
