We are currently looking to hire three skilled Payroll Specialists to join a dynamic payroll firm that handles payroll services for over 300 clients and more than 15,000 employees. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 300+ employees ensuring timely and precise execution
• Maintain 100% accuracy in all payroll data and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the banking team to guarantee timely payroll disbursements
• Operate effectively in a high-pressure setting to meet tight schedules

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience handling payroll for at least 300 employees
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Proven ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and excellent command of English communication

Benefits and Work Environment

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month, based on skills and experience. The role is based in Business Bay and requires immediate joining.
