Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Estimator to join our established civil construction company with over 33 years of experience in renovation, maintenance, and excavation projects. This role involves visiting client sites to conduct measurements, assess project requirements, and prepare accurate quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client sites to take precise measurements and evaluate project scopes.
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for construction and maintenance work.
• Maintain clear and polite communication with clients during site visits.
• Collaborate with the sales and project teams to ensure accurate information exchange.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction estimation or as a size taker, preferably in civil construction.
• Ability to accurately measure and assess project requirements on-site.
• Good command of English with basic knowledge of Arabic to communicate effectively with clients.
• Valid Bahraini driving license is essential for travelling to client sites.
• Professional and courteous demeanor during client interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is hardworking, attentive to detail, and able to work independently. While an engineering degree is not required, familiarity with construction processes and materials will be advantageous. Candidates must be Bahrain residents.
