We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join a dynamic startup company operating in Saudi Arabia’s civil, industrial, and mechanical sectors. This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to business growth across key cities including Khobar, Jubail, and Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

The primary objective is to identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships within the Saudi market. The executive will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting project leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals, with a focus on delivering value in projects related to civil, industrial, and mechanical fields.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia, particularly within civil, industrial, or mechanical project environments.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and its business landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Employment Terms

This role is commission-based, with earnings linked directly to the value of the projects secured. The company offers a base salary along with commission incentives. The position requires transfer of iqama sponsorship.

Work Locations

The role involves business development activities across Khobar, Jubail, and Riyadh, with the company’s office situated in Khobar.
