Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant Assistant who is a Filipino national to join our finance team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting daily accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial documentation to maintain smooth operations within our finance department.

Key Responsibilities

The Accountant Assistant will handle several important tasks including:

• Managing accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R)
• Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, and payment records efficiently
• Assisting with data entry, monthly reconciliation, and financial closing activities
• Maintaining orderly filing of all financial documents
• Coordinating closely with vendors and internal teams regarding payments and follow-ups
• Supporting the finance team through routine accounting tasks

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or a related field
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Hands-on experience managing A/P and A/R processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be a Filipino national, as this position is exclusive to applicants from the Philippines
