Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT projects using Agile and traditional methodologies. This role focuses on managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with various business units to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project execution from initiation through service transition, while maintaining adherence to established PMO and Agile standards.

Key Responsibilities

As the Enterprise IT Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects or PODs, ensuring delivery aligns with EIT’s Agile project management processes. Your duties include preparing and monitoring project milestones, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining risk and issue logs. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, promote Agile practices, and guide the team to continuously improve delivery velocity. Additionally, your role involves resource allocation, motivating project teams, and supporting change management efforts effectively.

Governance and Communication

You will be the primary point of contact for program communications with sponsors, stakeholders, and steering committees. Ensuring compliance with EIT Agile methodologies, IT policies, and security standards is crucial. You are responsible for regular status reporting, conducting team meetings, providing coaching, and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain project direction and governance.

Required Skills and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management certification and hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and project delivery.
• At least 10 years of IT industry experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing medium to large-scale projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; knowledge of Projects Online is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or PMP are highly desirable. Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments and managing vendors and implementation partners will be beneficial.
