Job Overview

Mark & Save is seeking a detail-oriented Buying Coordinator to support our roastery operations in Ajman. This role is crucial for managing purchasing processes, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in purchase order creation and a solid understanding of FMCG purchasing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) accurately and on time to support roastery procurement needs.
  • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply issues.
  • Managing documentation and maintaining organized records of all purchasing activities.
  • Monitoring inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Preparing reports and conducting data analysis related to purchasing and inventory status.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in LPO creation, purchasing, or FMCG-related roles.
  • Degree qualification is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective supplier and team coordination.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several assignments simultaneously with attention to detail.
