Job Overview

We are urgently seeking 30 skilled Scaffolders for local iqama transfer within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures to support safe working conditions at construction and industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

The Scaffolder will play a vital role in ensuring safe access and support for workers by following detailed instructions and safety protocols. Core duties include:

• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems according to project specifications and safety standards
• Inspecting scaffolding materials and structures regularly to confirm stability and compliance
• Securing scaffolds properly and ensuring adherence to local regulations
• Interpreting basic drawings and instructions for scaffold setup
• Collaborating closely with supervisors and other trades on-site to meet project needs
• Maintaining scaffolding tools and equipment in good working condition
• Consistently following health, safety, and environmental procedures during all activities

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and capabilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• At least 2 to 5 years of proven scaffolding experience
• Strong understanding of safety practices in scaffold erection and dismantling
• Basic communication skills to coordinate effectively on site
• Close attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
